Using OnCap anti-fog solutions is as simple as adding it to the resin at a production line’s feeder. There is no restriction on the use of anti-fog additives in food contact applications. Actual melt temperatures should be measured using a pyrometer to ensure consistent and accurate processing. Purge thoroughly before and after use of this product with a low flow (0.5–2.5 MFR) PE or PP. Using these guidelines is not a guarantee that acceptable parts will be produced.
