Over the years his responsibilities at Verbunt Chemie included: Product Development, Quality Management, and Purchasing. In 1998 he joined Bostik Findley, the world's 2nd largest adhesive manufacturer as R&D Manager Nonwovens Europe. In this position he was responsible for managing Bostik Findley's European Hot Melt Adhesive R&D, Product Development, and QC labs for the nonwoven market.
