Automotive Windshields to Post-Consumer Recycled Content TPEs
These injection moldable TPEs can be overmolded to polypropylene (PP) and come in a natural grade that can be easily colored.
These new TPEs contain 25 percent post-consumer recycled (PCR) content from PVB reclaimed from broken automotive windshields and laminated architectural glass.

Thermoplastic elastomers (TPEs) are an excellent solution.
Consider applicator designs that use TPEs to enable your products to be applied more precisely.
TPEs are compatible with most municipal recycle streams and special grades can be formulated with renewable content.

CASE STUDY: VERSAFLEX™ OM TPES THE CHALLENGE Millions of people of all ages play video games.
THE SOLUTION While researching other possibilities online, the company found Avient and requested additional information on its thermoplastic elastomers (TPEs).
Additionally, compared to silicone rubber, the TPE is easier and faster to process, as it requires no pre-mixing, curing or adhesives.
