our Suppliers.
Section 307 of the Tariff Act of 1930

provisions of the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act
(UFLPA), the modern slavery and human trafficking
provisions of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015, and

procure merchandise from any sub-supplier that was
mined, produced, or manufactured, in whole or in
part, using forced labor.
