https://www.avient.com/sites/default/files/2022-11/Cesa Fiber Tracer Concentrates Product Bulletin.pdf
Cesa™ Fiber
Tracer Concentrates are polymer solutions that
include a taggant, unique to the customer/product
line, which is incorporated into the fibers during the
spin-dyeing process.
Fiber producers can also add
the tracer concentate to shredded waste polyester
and polyamide, and convert them together into
polymer pellets.
KEY BENEFITS
• Unique and personalized tracer for customer/
product lines
• Suitable for polyester and polyamide (nylon),
including recycled grades; possibility to develop
solutions for bio-polymers
• No impact on spinnability, color or yarn properties
• Can be combined with color into a single product
for convenience
• Complies with key regulatory requirements by EN,
DIN, UNI and others
• Supplied with a testing service package

They can be used in the extrusion of polyethylene
or polypropylene to reduce the friction between the
molten polymer and metal, enabling the polymers
to be extruded without melt fracture.
There is no drop-in, one-size-fits-all replacement
for PFAS solutions.
Processors are looking to replace current process
additives containing PFAS with non-PFAS
fluorine-free solutions that exhibit performance
characteristics similar to traditional fluoropolymer-
based solutions.

VALUE SOLUTION
Colorful polymer packaging is widely used in
the beverage and personal care sectors to make
products stand out on shelves.
This new color and special effects option helps
polymer packaging do just that.
The process is easy to implement with traditional
packaging polymers using standard stretch blow
molding machinery.
