Two months later in December, we announced an agreement to purchase Clariant’s Masterbatch Business, a landmark acquisition and a watershed moment for our Company. Plastic waste is an issue impacting our world, and we were very proud to have joined the Alliance to End Plastic Waste (AEPW) in 2019 as a founding member. AEPW’s mission is to develop, deploy and bring to scale solutions that help end plastic waste and promote solutions for used plastics, including reuse, recovery and recycling plastic to keep it out of the environment.
