CLEVELAND – June 10, 2021 – Avient today announced the launch of a new special-effect masterbatch package that enables production of natural-looking wine corks made of thermoplastic elastomer (TPE).
The new masterbatch package produces a special effect that makes every TPE cork look different, with a unique light brown swirl pattern and random black specs.
Developed for the first time by the ColorWorks team, this special effect convincingly mimics the look of natural cork.
