NON-EMPLOYEE DIRECTOR COMPENSATION 22 2015 NON-EMPLOYEE DIRECTOR COMPENSATION In 2015, we paid our non-employee Directors an annual retainer of $200,000 (payable in quarterly installments in arrears) consisting of $90,000 in cash and $110,000 in value of fully vested common shares. We provide vacation and paid holidays to all employees, including the Named Executive Officers. The Qualified Savings Plan provides employees with individual retirement accounts funded by (1) an automatic PolyOne-paid contribution of 2% of employee eligible earnings, and (2) an employer-paid match on employee contributions dollar-for-dollar on the first 3% of earnings the employee contributes plus $0.50 per dollar on the next 3% of earnings the employee contributes.
