Methods of salvaging or disposal of damaged goods, hazardous or non-hazardous must be approved by SHIPPER and is the responsibility of the CARRIER when such damage is due to the negligence of the CARRIER, except to the extent that such damages is caused by the negligence of SHIPPER.

Management has no authority to approve services performed by EY that have not been pre-approved by the Audit Committee. The term of any pre-approval is 12 months from the date of pre-approval, unless the Audit Committee specifically provides for a different period. At each meeting of the Audit Committee, the current year’s previously pre-approved independent auditor fees along with any proposed revisions will be presented for approval.
