Prior to Avient, he worked in financial and commercial roles in Elekluft Elekronik and Docon Unternehmensberatung in Germany.

He previously worked at 3M for 17 years, leading R&D efforts in both corporate innovation and business segment roles, including an international assignment based in South Korea.

Gajewski led Avient’s learning and organizational development programs, talent management and acquisition, as well as working as the HR Director for all global Corporate Functions.

Prior to joining Avient, he worked at Deloitte for 10 years, where he focused on leading audit teams and advising clients on SEC and technical accounting matters.

Moh previously worked at Bayerand Clariant, where he served in various commercial leadership roles.

We have utilized remote, alternate and flexible work arrangements where possible, including split shifts at facilities and virtual work options for those on-site functions that can be performed remotely. Prior to that, he worked for Kimberly-Clark, a global personal care products company. Progress against the Working Capital as a Percentage of Sales metric is reflected by lower levels of working capital, so actual results that are lower than target are viewed as exceeding target performance.
