If essential duties (Kardinalspflichten) under the
relevant contract are breached by Seller due to
slight negligence and if, as a consequence, the
achievement of the objective of the respective
contract is endangered, or in the case of a slightly
negligent failure to comply with duties, the very
discharge of which is an essential prerequisite for
the proper performance of the relevant contract,
Seller’s liability shall be limited to foreseeable
damage typical for the relevant contract.
