Avient has a Delegation of Authority (DOA)
Matrix that specifies who has the authority to approve
and includes guidance on who can sign/execute.
If not, you need to identify
an approved member of management who can approve
and sign the contract in accordance with these rules.
In such cases, Avient
funds and resources may
be used but only when
permitted by law and with
the necessary approvals.
