SHANGHAI, China – June 27, 2023 – Today, Avient Corporation is expanding its reSound™ BIO bio-based and reSound™ REC recycled content Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE) portfolios with the launch of a new range of halogen-free flame-retardant (HFFR) grades containing recycled and bio-based resin.

Avient’s Syncure™ XLPE Cross-linkable Polyethylene Formulations can be used in photovoltaic cable, supporting sustainable infrastructure. POMMERLOCH, Luxembourg – July 18, 2023 – Avient Corporation today announced it is expanding the manufacturing of its UL-certified Syncure™ XLPE Cross-Linkable Polyethylene Formulations to Europe, helping to reduce lead times for global customers and support sustainable infrastructure.     Syncure XLPE formulations are UL-44, UL-4703, and CSA 22.2 certified materials with FT2, FV1, and VW-1 flame retardant ratings.
