Corporate Governance Guidelines
The Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Avient Corporation (the “Company”) has adopted the
following Corporate Governance Guidelines (the “Guidelines”).
The
Company’s business is conducted by officers, managers and employees under the
direction of the Chief Executive Officer and the oversight of the Board.
Evaluation of Chief Executive Officer
The Board conducts an annual review of the performance and compensation of the Chief
Executive Officer, according to the process determined by the Compensation Committee.

Avient Corporation conducts its operations in a manner that is protective
of the environment, and the health, safety and security of associates,
customers, and all our stakeholders, including the communities in which
we operate.
It is the responsibility of every associate at Avient, including contractors, to

actions including conformance with our programs and procedures, making

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of Products to another (“Buyer”) by Avient Corporation
and its affiliates located in the Czech Republic, namely Avient Material Solutions ČR s.r.o., with the seat at Pobřežní 620/3,
18600 Prague, Id.

and Avient S.à r.l., acting through its branch Avient S.à r.l.
The application of
Sections 1765 and 1798 to 1800 of the Civil Code is hereby
expressly excluded.
