We manufacture specialty long fiber composite pellets using a proprietary pultrusion process that melt impregnates continuous carbon, glass or other specialty fibers with thermoplastic polymer matrices ranging from polypropylene (PP) to PEEK to achieve high performance. 

A slight glowing-edge effect also is possible in clarified PP.

The kit contains translucent polyethylene terephthalate (PET) and opaque/gradient polypropylene (PP) bottles enhanced with effect pigments, laser marking, and printed sleeves. They are available across multiple polymer systems, including PA6, PA66, PC, POM, PBT, PPS, and PK, and provide comparable performance to conventional internally lubricated grades (link to full press release here).
