Avient launches new Cesa™ Non-PFAS Process Aid for PE and PP extrusion applications at NPE 2024, enabling processing performance, productivity, and stability comparable to traditional fluoropolymer-based solutions. This processing aid, formulated without fluoropolymers, was developed specifically for use in polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP) applications and enables processing performance comparable to traditional fluoropolymer-based solutions.  

It can be used in polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP) films for flexible packaging, as well as cast PP films and PE tubing for various food packaging applications, such as stand-up pouches, labeling tubes, and laminated tubes.
